Once we launched our policy governance model we felt like we had arrived. We didn’t yet understand the need for ongoing development of our model’s potential. Angela Duckworth, in her influential book “Grit” cautions that enthusiasm is commonplace, but what counts is what endures. This applies to policy governance as well.
